What we offer

Injury management

Assessment, treatment and a clear plan from day one.

Rehab and conditioning

Strength, mobility and control work that matches your sport.

Taping and massage

Sports taping and sports massage where they help.

Return to play

Testing and advice on when it is safe to go back, plus injury-prevention programmes.

What your sessions involve

We look at the injury, how you move and what your sport demands, then plan rehab in stages: settle pain, restore movement, rebuild strength, then sport-specific training.

For teams and events, on-field first aid and taping can be arranged.

Questions about sports physiotherapy

When can I go back to playing?

When you have the strength, movement and control your sport needs, not just when the pain stops. We use simple tests to guide that decision.

Do you treat recreational athletes?

Yes. Walkers, runners, gym-goers and weekend players are all welcome.

Can you help prevent injuries?

Yes. We can assess how you move and set up a strength and mobility programme suited to your sport.
