Getting started

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book directly with us. If you have reports, scans or prescriptions, please bring them to your first visit.

How do I book an appointment?

Fill in the appointment form, call or WhatsApp us on +91 97656 34278, or email care@trinityphysiocare.com. We call to confirm a time.

What happens at my first appointment?

We ask about your problem, health history and goals, examine how you move, explain what we find and agree a plan with you. Treatment usually starts the same day.

What should I bring and wear?

Any reports, scans or prescriptions, and a list of the medicines you take. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. For aquatic therapy, bring swimwear and a towel.

Treatment

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition, how long you’ve had it and your goals. We’ll give you an estimate after your assessment and review progress with you as we go.

Will treatment hurt?

Some techniques can feel uncomfortable, but treatment shouldn’t be painful. Tell us how you feel at any time and we’ll adjust.

Can physiotherapy help me avoid surgery?

For some conditions, a structured programme improves pain and function enough that surgery isn’t needed. For others, surgery is the right choice and physiotherapy helps you recover. We’ll be honest about which applies to you.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We see babies, children and teenagers. A parent or guardian stays with the child during every session.

Aquatic therapy

Do I need to know how to swim?

No. Exercises are done at a comfortable depth, with your physiotherapist beside you in the water.

How long is a pool session?

About 30 minutes, supervised by a physiotherapist and based on a programme set after your assessment.

Is the pool suitable for everyone?

Not always. Open wounds, some infections, uncontrolled blood pressure or heart problems, and a few other conditions can mean it isn’t right for you. We check this at your assessment.

Can I combine pool and land sessions?

Yes. Many people do both. Your physiotherapist will suggest the mix that suits your goals.
