We are not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital. Do not use our forms, email or WhatsApp for urgent medical needs.

• A request made through the website is not an appointment until we confirm it with you.
• If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
• Fees are explained before treatment and are payable at the clinic.

Treatment starts with an assessment. We explain our findings and the proposed treatment, including any risks, and ask for your consent before we begin. You can ask questions or stop treatment at any time. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian gives consent and stays with the child during sessions.

Physiotherapy outcomes depend on many factors, including your condition, general health and how closely you follow your programme. We do not promise any particular result.
