Before starting hydrotherapy, you will have a comprehensive assessment to assess your needs and goals. Our experienced physiotherapists will then formulate an individualized exercise program specific to you. We understand that every patient is unique, and we strive to provide personalized care that meets their specific needs.
Hydrotherapy appointments at Trinity Physiocare last 30 minutes and are supervised by a qualified chartered physiotherapist. Our hydrotherapy pool is located in a comfortable, light, and airy environment, making it an ideal place for rehabilitation.
Hydrotherapy involves the use of water to rehabilitate a wide range of conditions. The properties of the water temperature, pressure, and buoyancy can help improve circulation, reduce weight-bearing stresses, and reduce pain. In addition, we use a wide range of equipment to further enhance your rehabilitation on the water, such as floats, hand paddles, underwater treadmill, fins, and more.
Our team of experienced physiotherapists is committed to helping patients achieve their full potential and lead happy, healthy lives.
